Feminapause™ is a Menopause support supplement enriched with Vitamin B12 & B6, thoughtfully developed by women. Ingredients List: 20mg of Full spectrum extracted hemp oil, 1.70mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate/PLP), 500mcg Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), 270mg Coconut Oil (MCT). Shell composition: Gelatin, Glycerin, Water.
Instructions 30 day supply in one tub: Take one capsule daily, when best suits your routine. Do not exceed the daily recommended daily intake of 1 capsule per day and keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry & cool place and keep out of direct sunlight. Hemp oil extract takes time to build up in the system so please be patient as it can take 2-3 weeks. Please note it is normal to see a hint of powdery red substance in the capsules, this is the vitamin b12 which is red. Not suitable for vegans & vegetarians (shell composition contains gelatin) Feminapause is recommended to start taking in the early peri menopause onset. Helps aid all stages of the menopause – Peri menopause, menopause and post menopause. We hope you will be happy with our supplement, but if you are not entirely satisfied below are our terms for returns:
This returns policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to cancel or your statutory warranty.
Your right to change your mind (cancel)
You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to notify us that you wish to return the product. We must receive any products you return to us within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return the products. The product must be unopened with the security seal still in place
Orders cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage that you paid for the delivery of your order, but you are responsible for paying any postage incurred in returning the products you wish to cancel to us.
Products must be returned to us in the condition you received them, which includes keeping the blister packaging intact. You will lose your right to return the product if you unseal a hygiene seal, or pierce the blister packaging. We will inspect the product upon receiving it
How to return the product? Send us an email at: info@feminapause.com to notify us of your wish to exercise your 14 day cancellation rights and return the product. Please provide your name, home address, order details and, where available, your phone number and email address.
US, EU, ASIA AND REST OF WORLD
Unfortunatley we are not able to cover returns for products sold outside of the UK. Unopened products may be returned at the cost of the customer within 14 days of receipt of the original order.
Damaged and Faulty Product
If you believe the product you have ordered to be damaged or faulty, please contact us by emailing info@feminapause.com and we will let you know how to return the product.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned products. Refunds can take up to 10 working days and will be credited to the original card you paid with.
Refund Exclusions
You cannot return any product that has a hygiene seal or blister pack that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect the product as you would in a shop but you cannot return products that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.
What if I want to exchange or return my order? Exchange and returns are available for products within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS? Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at info@feminapause.com. We will resolve the issue. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
